Official description
Solicitation #RFP-202236. Issued by Social Services. Purpose: This RFP is for providing interpretation. translation and related services, primarily for Department of Social Services and the Winchester Police department. with various other departments throughout the City of Winchester using the services. This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). This award may be awarded to one or more firms. Term of Contract: The original contract term shall be one (1) year from date of award. The City reserves the right to cancel and terminate this Contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) days written notice to contractor. This contract may be renewed for: four (4) twelve (12) month periods.
