Solicitation #RFP-202235. Issued by Public Services. Purpose: The City of Winchester is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation and quality control and management for: Complete modernization of the elevator located at Rouss City Hall, Winchester VA. This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). This award may be awarded to one or more firms. Term of Contract: All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed for the project.
