Official description
Solicitation #RFP-202297. Issued by Finance. Purpose: The purpose of this solicitation is to select at least one (1) accounting firm to provide professional auditing and related services on an as-needed basis to the City of Winchester. The Contract will be administered by the Finance Department. These services will be provided under separate task orders for each project identified by the City. This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). This award may be awarded to one or more firms. Term of Contract: The original contract term shall be one (1) year from date of award. The City reserves the right to cancel and terminate this Contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) days written notice to contractor. This contract may be renewed for: four (4) twelve (12) month periods.
