Solicitation #RFP-202287. Issued by Winchester-Frederick County Convention & Visitors Bureau. Purpose: The City of Winchester is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to select one firm to conduct all aspects of the marketing plan as detailed in the Scope of Services below. This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). This award may be awarded to one or more firms. Term of Contract: All work for this Contract shall be completed by December 31, 2025. The City reserves the right to cancel and terminate this Contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) days written notice to contractor. This contract may be renewed for: None.
