The Work under this Project generally consists of renovation of an existing abandoned pump station as aâcomfort stationâ (unisex restroom) to include sink, faucet, toilet, lighting, dispensers, changing station,mirror, janitorial closet, new plumbing, electrical services, HVAC, filling of sub-floor area, repair ofslate roofing, and other appurtenances for the City of Williamsburg. The project site is located at 227Virginia Avenue.
