The School Board of the City of Virginia Beach, also known as Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS), is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or organizations (hereinafter referred to as Offeror, Successful Offeror, or Contractor) to provide Internet Services and, if applicable, Distributed Denial of Service.
