The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor for the Cityâs annual requirements for landscaping services at Holly Lawn Cemetery located on North Main Street, which consists of approximately thirty (30) acres, and Cedar Hill Cemetery located on East Constance Road, which consists of approximately thirty-five (35) acres.
