156-27-041 Helicopter Pilot Training Services The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (UIFB) is to solicit bids whereby a contract may be established with one qualified firm for a spot purchase to provide Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) compliant helicopter flight training services for one (1) Virginia State Police (VSP) pilot currently holding a Fixed-Wing Private Pilot Certificate with an Instrument Airplane Rating.
