Solicitation #240012594. Issued by Planning & Development Review. The City of Richmond, Virginia, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish a term contract with a licensed contractor for Lot Abatement of properties on an “as needed” basis by the Department of Planning and Development Review. It is the intent of the City to contract with multiple Bidders based on this Invitation for Bids. Awards will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders, each of these successful bidders is referred to herein as the Contractor.
