The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of 2nd / 3rd Street Bike Infrastructure, Ph 2 (UPC 118804) to provide general contracting services that include but are not limited to converting existing on-street parking into a two-way cycle track that is protected by a buffer and parked vehicles on 3rd Street from Franklin Street to Byrd Street. Bike improvement along 2 nd Street starts at Spring Street to Byrd Street. In addition, the project includes bike improvement on Byrd Street from west of 2 nd Street to east of 3 rd Street.
