Solicitation #IFB #260019489. Issued by Public Works. The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the replacement of the superstructure of the existing structurally deficient bridge carrying East Broad Street (US 250) over the CSX Transportation (CSXT) right-of-way (UPC No. 118541). The project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of bridge superstructure, repair/replacement of sidewalks, curbing, pavement markings, signs, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, and lighting. The project encompasses existing roadway and bridge infrastructure and is located within existing right-of-way. Improvements to the bridge will be completed above grade and will require minimal ground disturbance.
