Solicitation #IFB # 260009563. Issued by Public Works. The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the FY 26 CIP Sidewalks, to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to: mobilization, maintenance of traffic (vehicular and pedestrian), street closures, sidewalk construction, sidewalk and curb demolition and replacement, handicap ramp installation, rubber sidewalk installation, alley/driveway apron replacement, brick and mortar repair, pavement patching, tree root work, tree removal, stump removal, adjusting utility castings, adjusting/replacing drainage basins, and all other work necessary to repair existing sidewalk. These sidewalk improvements/repairs will improve pedestrian access and safety all throughout the City.
