Issued by Public Utilities. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) is to obtain applications (the “Qualification Statements”) from interested contractors (each an “Applicant”) so that the City of Richmond (the “City”) may establish a list of contractors prequalified to submit proposals for the City’s Canoe Run Park Storage Tank CSO Final Plan project (the “Project”). As required by City Code section 21-44, Richmond City Council adopted Resolution No. 2025-R031 on July 28, 2025, providing approval for the use of a design-build contract for this Project.
