Solicitation #250008533. Issued by Public Utilities. The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”), requests proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the purchase of a comprehensive learning management software service. Also known as “software as a service”, and herein referred to as the “Service”, the solution chosen by the City will primarily provide a two-fold capability: support the City’s regulatory requirements and maintain City training documentation associated with Federal and State regulatory agencies.
