The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the Richmond Signal System Phase IV UPC 118148 project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to fiber optic and wireless communications systems, installation of conduit and junction boxes, installation of traffic signal cabinets, site work, concrete work, asphalt work, and other associated improvements.
This project will expand the City of Richmond’s Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS) using Ethernet communications over fiber optic communications cable and wireless communications to incorporate additional traffic signals into the ATMS and improve overall network reliability.
