The City of Richmond (the "City")is accepting bids for services and materials needed to replace and rehabilitate roofing at the Shockoe Retention Basin Control Office Building (the “Site”). This project will be subject to ARPA funding requirements (see Section 1.4 below). The general contracting services required include Site preparation, demolition/disposal of existing roofing materials, and installation of new roofing materials. The required services and materials are specified below in the Statement of Work.
