The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities ("DPU"), seeks bids from qualified firms to establish a requirements-based contract for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Centrifuge Service and Parts project (the "Project"). The Project will entail furnishing and delivering decanter-style centrifuge parts, in addition to performing centrifuge maintenance and repair services (the "Work"). Further details, regarding the nature and prosecution of the Work, are more particularly provided below in the Statement of Work.
