The Scope of Work shall consist of and is generally described as stair repairs within the parking structure, asdetailed by structure to include: concrete repairs, routing and sealing cracks and construction joints, sealant joint replacement, expansion joint replacement, in accordance with the drawings and specifications dated August 3, 2026.
