Official description
From time to time, the Commonwealth of Virginia, Office of the Attorney General (âOAGâ) must supplement its in-house knowledge with attorneys having relevant experience and expertise in particular areas.. The OAG is soliciting proposals from firms to advise and represent the OAG and the OAG's client agencies and institutions in intellectual property, including patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret issues.
