The City of Norfolk is seeking a responsible vendor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and tools to fully decal marked Norfolk Police Department (NPD) and Norfolk Sheriff’s Office (NSO) vehicles according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.
