Solicitation #IFB 8864-0-2021MS. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking a responsible contractor to provide Emergency Vehicle Upgrade Services according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. The term of the resulting contract shall be for five (5) years. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
