Solicitation #IFB 8748-0-2021MS. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is looking for qualified vendors (the “Contractor”) to provide Diving and Repair services for The Division of Water Production. The agreement resulting from this solicitation shall be for a five (5) year period. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
