Solicitation #RFQ 8855-0-2021/AB. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (“City”) Department of Human Services (“DHS”) is seeking a responsible vendor to purchase and remove office furniture and related items that have been determined surplus from the former Norfolk Workforce Development Center (“WDC”) according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Request for Quotes (“RFQ”) by submitting a quote consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
