Solicitation #21000. Issued by Public Works. This project is a federally funded project through USDOT's BUILD discretionary grant. The project will construct 7,000 linear feet of roads within the Tidewater Gardens neighborhood, effectively creating a new roadway grid. The project also includes a new traffic signal at Tidewater Drive and Freemason Street. Additional work will include stormwater improvements, pedestrian accommodations, and landscaping. This project will be combined with Department of Public Utilities’ project providing upgraded sanitary sewer and water services to the area. This project has a DBE goal of 12%.
