Solicitation #IFB 8599-0-2021/MS. Issued by Purchasing. The Norfolk Sheriff’s Office (the “NSO”) and the City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking a responsible Vendor(s) to provide Food Services for the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office 811 Marketplace according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. The City and the NSO intend to award a contract designating multiple sources for a period of five (5) years, with an option to renew for an additional five (5) years. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
