The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking a responsible vendor to furnish and deliver eighteen (18) Bradley, Station Lavatory System and fifty-four (54) Chicago E-Tronic Faucets according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Request for Quotes (“RFQ”) by submitting a quote consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
