Official description
Solicitation #IFB 8513-0-2021MS. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is looking for qualified vendors (the “Contractor”) to furnish all labor, material and equipment required to provide maintenance, repair and replacement of aerators in service at large city-owned ponds for the period beginning at the date of this award. The agreement resulting from this solicitation shall be for a five (5) year period. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
