Solicitation #IFB 8602-R-2021/MS:. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking a responsible vendor to provide labor, delivery, materials and tools to repair the City holiday lighting installed on City buildings specified in this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this IFB.
