Solicitation #IFB 8166-R-2020/LP. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking a responsible vendor (the “Contractor”) to provide uniform apparel and alterations to the Norfolk Police Department (“NPD” or “Department”) according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
