Solicitation #RFQ 8665-0-2021MS Printing of Bill Inserts and Brochures. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking a responsible vendor to provide Printing of Bill Inserts and Brochures according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. The total amount of the work resulting from this solicitation shall not exceed $200,000. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Request for Quotes (“RFQ”) by submitting a quote consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
