Solicitation #ACA24A&24B. Issued by Utilities. The Department of Utilities has been authorized to seek qualified consultants to provide certain professional services. The primary objective of each consultant agreement is to provide professional services for neighborhood water and sewer facilities. These contracts will be for a one-year term with option to renew for four additional years. The Department of Utilities will select two consultants for this RFP.
