Solicitation #Fairwater. Issued by Utilities. The work under this Project consists of the replacement of 1,420 LF of 8" gravity sewer mains, manholes, service laterals, and associated appurtenances on North and South Fairwater Drive in the Larchmont section of Norfolk. The work will take place within the public rights of way. As part of the City's commitment to the environment, this project will replace pipes that are leaking in several places due to cracks and breaks. Construction is anticipated to start in Winter 2020/2021 and completed within 365 days.
