Solicitation #IFB 8166-0-2020/LP. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking a responsible vendor (the “Contractor”) to provide uniform apparel and alterations to the Norfolk Police Department (“NPD” or “Department”) according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.
