Solicitation #RFP 9841-0-2023/DH. Issued by Purchasing. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain qualified firms (the “Contractor”) to provide consultant services for the City of Norfolk’s (the “City”) parking requirements and revenue potential of major development projects throughout the City. Studies may involve multiple iterations as variables within the development project changes. The City intends to award this RFP to two to three Contractors, however, the City may award to a different number of Contractors if it deems that it is in its best interest.
