Solicitation #IFB 8434-0-2021/AB Hay, Alfalfa and Wheat Straw for Norfolk Zoo. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking a responsible contractor to furnish and deliver hay, alfalfa, and wheat straw to the Virginia Zoo for up to a five-year period. Deliveries shall be made to 3500 Granby Street, Norfolk, VA, 23504. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
