Solicitation #8399-0-2021/AB. Issued by Purchasing. The purpose of this IRFP is to obtain supportive services from a qualified Contractor for the Norfolk SAFE Hotel program during the Covid-19 operational period through the Norfolk Community Services Board (“CSB”). Clients will be transported by taxi or in CSB vehicles by CSB staff to the hotel location. Contractor staff are not expected to transport clients in their personal vehicles.
