The City of Norfolk (the “City”), on behalf of the City, Norfolk Public Schools, and Norfolk Housing and Redevelopment Authority collectively referred to as the Norfolk Healthcare Consortium (“Consortium”) or members of the Consortium, is soliciting proposals for brokerage services to procure stop loss insurance covering high cost claims incurred by the Consortium.
