Solicitation #9254-R-2022/AM. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (“City”) and the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office (“NSO”) are seeking a responsible vendor to provide janitorial, laundry, and kitchen chemical dispensing stations and detergent according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
