Solicitation #IFB 8269-0-2020/MF. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk, on behalf of the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office, is seeking a responsible vendor to provide an off-site visitation space and a facilitator for select inmates and their families in its Second Chances program according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
