Solicitation #RFP 8008-A-2020/MS. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (“the City”) seeks proposals from qualified offerors to provide Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) services and Therapeutic Group Home (TGH) services and Private Day and Residential School services. The City intends to award multiple contracts for all services. Services will be purchased on an as-needed basis. The City cannot guarantee any minimum or maximum number of orders or amounts of compensation.
