Solicitation #23029. Issued by Public Works. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide services on an as-required basis. The City intends to enter into an annual, renewable agreement with the firm selected to provide these services. The City will provide a scope of services for each specific request for engineering services required under the Agreement. A request for services may include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: · Preliminary engineering and feasibility analysis · Testing and inspection · Hydrographic surveying · Surveying of storm water outfalls · Design of storm water outfalls · Design of aids to navigation · Dredging engineering · Design of dredged material placement and fill areas · Environmental permitting · Contract document preparation · Construction administration services · Post-dredging surveys · Assistance with various regulatory agencies
