Solicitation #17069. Issued by Public Works. This project is a state and federally funded project through the TAP Program. This project will construct a dedicated path for the Elizabeth River Trail in the Fort Norfolk area. The improvements will include wide sidewalk, pavement markings, and ADA ramps. DBE Goal: 3%. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2020, by video/audio teleconference. Contact Keith Darrow for WebEx link dial-in access. All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than June 26, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. through the Questions portal at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/norfolk/projects/3763. Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
