Solicitation #RFP 8181-0-2020-KA. Issued by Purchasing. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract for the provision of a technology-based solution/system for refuse collection route and service management, for residential refuse collection services in the City of Norfolk (the “City”). “Technology-based solution” means on-premise or cloud-based software, information technology hardware, and/or any combination thereof. The City is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced Contractor to provide the required solution and services.
