The City of Norfolk (the “City”) Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide services on an as-required basis. The City intends to enter into an annual, renewable agreement with the firm selected to provide these services. The City will provide a scope of services for each specific request for professional services required under the Agreement.
