Solicitation #PS152, Phase 3A. Issued by Utilities. The Work under this Project consists of the installation of approximately 880 linear feet of 8-inch and 1826 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer mains, manholes, laterals and cleanouts; also included is the installation of approximately 59 linear feet of 6-inch and 2433 linear feet of 8-inch water mains and appurtenances; and approximately 172 linear feet of storm pipes and appurtenances. The abandonment and/or removal of existing sewer and water mains and appurtenances are included. Pavement restoration is included. The work is to be completed in 300 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Substantial completion shall occur within 270 days from the NTP.
