VENDORS WHO PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED THEIR APPLICATIONS DO NOT NEED TO REAPPLY. The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking responsible service providers to deliver pediatric physical, occupational, speech-language therapies and/or developmental services for children from birth through two (2) years of age who meet the eligibility criteria under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
