Solicitation #9829-0-2023 ML RFP. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (“City”), Norfolk Public Schools (“NPS”), Norfolk Employees’ Retirement System (“NERS”), and Norfolk Economic Development Authority (“EDA”) (collectively “Audited Entities” and individually “Audited Entity”) request qualified Certified Public Accountants (“Auditor” or “Contractor”) to submit proposals to perform financial audits for the Audited Entities’ fiscal years ending June 30th of each contract year.
State law requires that an audit firm be selected by April 1, 2023 for the fiscal year 2023 audit.
