Solicitation #22403. Issued by Public Works. This project consists of replacement and installation of concrete sidewalk and curb & gutter, and other improvements as required. This is a sheltered bid, in accordance with Section 33.1-11(d) of the Code of the City of Norfolk. Only SWaM certified contractors registered as "minority-owned" with the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity may submit bids in response to this invitation.
