Solicitation #RFP 7398-0-2020/DH, After Hours Answering Services. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking qualified offerors to submit proposals to provide after-hours answering services to the City. The primary user of the resulting agreement is the Department of Utilities: Water Distribution, Wastewater, and Field Engineering (the “Department”). Other City Departments may use the resulting agreement as needed. All qualified offerors are invited to respond to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) by submitting a proposal consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
