Solicitation #7931-R-2020 RFP STiR. Issued by Purchasing. Selected Offerors shall work with the City, free of charge, during a 16-week STiR Residence period (“Residence”) and develop technology-based solutions to the identified civic Challenge described below. The City may award the contract to one Offeror or select not to make an award.
